Summer is around the corner: In the 15th season at the open-air stage Wolkenturm, live concerts and a brilliant supporting program are returning to Grafenegg.

Programme Summer 2021

Staying a little bit longer is easy during the summer in Grafenegg: Let it be the breathtaking landscape garden or the romantic castle – there is always a good reason to extend the visit. For those coming to Grafenegg for the upcoming summer season concerts, a sensational supporting programme will be offered, including free Prélude concerts and Late Night Sessions. Coming early and leaving late has never been more rewarding.

Prélude concerts take place around two before the main concert starts. In order to deepen the musical experience, they are closely related to the evening concerts. At this year's Late Night Sessions, musicians from the Vienna and Munich Philharmonic as well as ensembles from the Grafenegg Academy Orchestra and the European Union Youth Orchestra will ensure a good atmosphere at a late hour.

For the evening concerts at the Wolkenturm and in the auditorium, the who's who of the classical music world has once again announced itself. Thanks to Grafenegg's comprehensive experience in organising «safe» concerts acquired over the course of the current pandemic, we can expect that all events will go ahead as announced. In any case, the Auditorium is again on stand-by as an alternative venue in case of bad weather.
